When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock or there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
3. Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank transfer. For bank transfer orders, your order will be dispatched once payment is confirmed. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready where possible.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 working days of order confirmation. Delivery is free on all orders above Rs 2,000; a standard delivery charge applies below this amount. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.
7. Product Use Disclaimer
Our products are natural cosmetics for external use only. Results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes. If you have a medical scalp or skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure about an ingredient, please consult a qualified professional before use.
